Initial Ideas:
What are you trying to say? How will you say it?

- Nature: bringing outside in.
- Lots of open space/light.
- Playing around with colour + coloured light - colour code courses?
- Each part of the uni/each course is like a small different universe - the space/story changes as you walk through the uni?
- Comfort over design - make students + visitors feel cosy and welcome.
- Big open social space as well as, small quite peaceful areas to go for inspiration, thinking etc.
- Steer away from square and boring rooms, use furniture to divide them and create interesting shapes?
- Use glass to open up rooms + connect spaces.
- Plants, wood - plant covered walls?
- Open, lots of space, light, glass. Glass ceilings?
- Solar panels on roof, focus on sustainability.
- Colour considerations - gold, white, wood, green?
- Have artist inspiration on the walls in hallways/studios?

Direction:
Focus on the natural and sustainable. 'Gold' is one of the natural metals, the university strives for sustainability, and students enjoy nature and what it has to offer. We will look into creating a 'outside in' experience, with lots of natural elements such as plants, wood, natural lighting etc.

Group Name: Au79 (The scientific periodic table name, and atomic number of 'Gold')
